REFUND POLICY

Our return policy allows for a 30-day window from the date of receipt to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging. Additionally, proof of purchase, such as the receipt, is required.

Issues or Damages
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, kindly contact us immediately. We'll promptly assess the issue and take appropriate action to rectify it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Regrettably, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards


Exchanges
For the quickest resolution, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, simply proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.


Refunds
We'll inform you upon receiving and examining your return, providing updates on the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed automatically through your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund transaction.
